How soon should I book my event?
Our company tends to book out fast, we highly recommend calling or booking online well in advance to lock in your event date, time, and requested service.
How do I make my event desposit?
Event deposits can now be made with our online booking service or calling our corporate office at (610)-314-4008 Ext 3. Customers will be provided with an instant receipt and contract via email within 24 hours of booking. We proudly accept, Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit/ credit cards.
Are deposits refundable?
Do you charge extra for traveling?
Yes. D. Richardson Productions charges additional travel fee for events out of our normal service area.
Do you offer inclement weather dates?
In the case that inclement weather prevents your party from taking place our customer services rep can work with you in finding another open date and time for your event based availablity.
How long does your shows normally last?
Our most popular 90 minute clown show last for 90 minutes. Our performers start and finish on time. Format varies by artist but consist of face painting, Balloon twisting, Magic show, Games and music. Please keep in mind our performers are not Dj's and are not allowed to play song request that are not family based.
Is your face painting safe for my guest?
Yes, D. Richardson Productions only uses professional brands of face paints which are hyper allergic and FDA approved. Our brushes and supplies are steralized after each performance.
Do your performers have clearances to work with children?
Yes, all of our performers have up-to-date Child Abuse, FBI and Criminal Background Clearances which are updated annually.
